The Privacy Policy of Audi Vietnam Co., Ltd. (“Audi Vietnam”) governs the collection, use and other forms of processing of personal data related to Audi Vietnam Co., Ltd. and its member companies, including Lien A International Joint Stock Company – the official Audi Distributor in Vietnam (with the dealer system: Audi Ho Chi Minh, Audi Tan Binh, Audi Da Nang, Audi Hanoi). This Privacy Policy applies to the services and products distributed by Audi Vietnam and this website, and serves as a notice on the processing of personal data by Audi Vietnam.

Audi Vietnam - the sole importer and distributor of the Audi brand in Vietnam with registered headquarters at 6B Ton Duc Thang, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City is the legal entity responsible for the collection and processing of all your personal data in connection with Audi Vietnam's products, services and websites.

Audi Vietnam is part of Pon Holdings B.V, together with its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as “Pon”). Audi Vietnam and Pon are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy and security of the personal data you share with us.

For the avoidance of doubt, when you provide us with personal data of any third party, you warrant that you have obtained the consent of that third party or that you have a legal basis to process the personal data for the purposes listed in this document.

Personal data is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual (as defined in the GDPR, Regulation 2016/679/EU on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC), and in the form of symbols, text, numbers, images, sounds or similar formats in an electronic environment, which is linked to a specific individual or helps to identify a specific individual, including basic personal data and sensitive personal data as defined in Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP (“PDPD”) on personal data protection. When you choose to register your personal data, contact us or visit our websites, we will process certain personal data about you for the following purposes:

1. To contact you directly or through other forms of contact you choose about Audi Vietnam products or services;

2. To provide services including: product sales, contracted maintenance, warranty and product recalls, as well as to handle your requests or complaints;

3. To manage and complete the purchase process of products distributed by Audi Vietnam, including handling the finance and logistics involved;

4. To manage your participation in competitions, events, promotions, surveys or website features;

5. To improve Audi Vietnam's business, services and products or to develop new ones;

6. Provide services over the internet;

7. Communicate with participants/customers and provide loyalty programs;

8 Provide application functionality, including providing relevant commercial messages (if applicable);

9. Communicate with you about future promotional and marketing information, including direct marketing and re-targeting advertising;

10. Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements;

11. Protect personal safety;

12. (Support) secure access to Audi Vietnam buildings and facilities, monitor assets and information at Audi Vietnam buildings or facilities, and prevent intrusion, theft, vandalism;

During your use of our websites, products and/or services, or purchase of products distributed by Audi Vietnam, we may collect and process your personal data (including basic personal data and sensitive personal data) in accordance with the purposes stated above. This data includes but is not limited to: Name, Address, Gender, Email Address, Phone Number, Age, Date of Birth, Banking Information, Account Information, Information about the products distributed by Audi Vietnam that you have purchased, etc.

When you enter into an agreement with Audi Vietnam, we may need the following personal data from you:

Your preferred dealer or service workshop;

Financial information (bank account information, quotations, invoices).

In addition, in the context of performing an agreement with you or providing services to you, Audi Vietnam processes the following data, which may be considered personal data:

Data about your use of our services and/or products:

When you use our services or interact with us, we process the following data, depending on how you use the particular service, and which may be considered personal data:

When scheduling a test drive, we ask for your driver's license number and date of birth to ensure you are authorized to drive. This data helps verify your identity and ensure the validity of your driver's license.

Data related to your device, such as your MAC address, IP address, or other identifiers.

Data that we associate with specific behaviors, such as the status of a profile we create based on your consumer behavior, such as the frequency of purchases or services you use.

Browsing behaviour, determined through our observations, for example through the use of cookies or similar technologies.

Data relating to customer satisfaction and your use of our customer care services. This includes correspondence, emails sent, newsletter subscriptions, online chat sessions, and telephone calls you make to us (which may be recorded for staff training purposes).

In some cases, we receive or share your personal data with the original manufacturer (AUDI AG) to support the provision of our services or joint services, such as when you book a test drive or enter into an agreement with us.

We may process your personal data by (i) manual means; and/or (ii) automated means (through electronic means); and/or (iii) other methods in accordance with the GDPR, PDPD and relevant Vietnamese laws. Accordingly, one or more processing activities may be performed such as: collecting, recording, analyzing, validating, storing, editing, publishing, combining, accessing, retrieving, withdrawing, encrypting, decrypting, copying, sharing, transmitting, making available, transferring, erasing and destroying personal data, or other related actions.

All personal data processing activities are carried out on the basis of the voluntary consent and recognition of the data subject, and such processing is permitted under the PDPD and applicable laws, such as the GDPR. Our legitimate interests include: marketing, advertising, security, crime prevention, IT management, research and analysis of products or services, business management, legal matters, internal management.

You have the right to withdraw the consent you have given to the processing of your personal data at any time by sending a request to the email addresses: privacy@pon.com and privacy@audi.vn.

You should be aware that Audi Vietnam is part of the Pon group and that departments (such as IT, Marketing) may be located in Pon companies around the world. Therefore, your personal data may be shared internally or transferred to group companies or other Pon companies globally.

Audi Vietnam may share your personal data with third parties to perform certain processing activities on behalf of Audi Vietnam and provide support services to us. These services may include: providing website hosting services, data analysis, payment processing, order fulfillment, provision of IT infrastructure and related services, customer care services, email delivery, auditing and other services. Audi Vietnam may also share your personal data with third parties so that they can send you marketing communications, in accordance with your preferences. Audi Vietnam requires these third parties to handle and protect your personal data with due care and in accordance with the PDPD and GDPR. Audi Vietnam will not sell your personal data to any third party.

Audi Vietnam may reorganise, merge or sell or transfer all or part of its business to another company. If this transfer involves Audi Vietnam, your personal data may be transferred to the new owner and their advisors, or your data may be permanently deleted (if applicable) in accordance with the PDPD and GDPR.

In addition, we will only disclose your personal data where required or permitted by law, where necessary to prevent or combat fraud, where necessary for the resolution of a dispute, or for any urgent legitimate need which in the circumstances overrides your right to privacy, such as to ensure the security of our business and the safety of our employees.

Audi Vietnam will apply technical and organizational security measures to prevent the loss or unauthorized processing of personal data. These measures may include the use of secure registration forms, data encryption, and limiting access to your personal data.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary or permitted based on the purpose for which the data was collected and in accordance with applicable laws.

When you use our website, services, applications, communications (including email) or access tools, we may use cookies, web beacons and other similar technologies to store information to provide you with a better, faster and safer browsing experience.
