The Privacy Policy of Audi Vietnam Co., Ltd. (“Audi Vietnam”) governs the collection, use and other forms of processing of personal data related to Audi Vietnam Co., Ltd. and its member companies, including Lien A International Joint Stock Company – the official Audi Distributor in Vietnam (with the dealer system: Audi Ho Chi Minh, Audi Tan Binh, Audi Da Nang, Audi Hanoi). This Privacy Policy applies to the services and products distributed by Audi Vietnam and this website, and serves as a notice on the processing of personal data by Audi Vietnam.

Audi Vietnam - the sole importer and distributor of the Audi brand in Vietnam with registered headquarters at 6B Ton Duc Thang, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City is the legal entity responsible for the collection and processing of all your personal data in connection with Audi Vietnam's products, services and websites.

Audi Vietnam is part of Pon Holdings B.V, together with its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as “Pon”). Audi Vietnam and Pon are committed to respecting and protecting the privacy and security of the personal data you share with us.

For the avoidance of doubt, when you provide us with personal data of any third party, you warrant that you have obtained the consent of that third party or that you have a legal basis to process the personal data for the purposes listed in this document.

Personal data is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual (as defined in the GDPR, Regulation 2016/679/EU on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC), and in the form of symbols, text, numbers, images, sounds or similar formats in an electronic environment, which is linked to a specific individual or helps to identify a specific individual, including basic personal data and sensitive personal data as defined in Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP (“PDPD”) on personal data protection. When you choose to register your personal data, contact us or visit our websites, we will process certain personal data about you for the following purposes:

1. Communicate with you in a personal way or to inform you about Audi Vietnam products or services, consistent with your choices;
2. Provide customer service, including service around the purchase of services and products, fulfil warranty obligations and product recalls for our own services and those of related companies, and to deal with any enquiries or complaints;
3. Administer and fulfil your purchases of Audi Vietnam products including the financial and logistic handling;
4. Administer your Audi Vietnam account;
5. Administer your participation in any contests, promotions, surveys or website features;

Which personal data we exactly process, depends on which websites, products or services you use. We process the following personal data. 

Personal data you provide to us:

• This is the personal data that you enter when you use our websites, products or services. This data includes e.g. your name, address, gender, email address, phone number, age, birth date, Audi Vietnam products you bought, the account name and password that you create, bank details for buying Audi Vietnam products etc.

Our legitimate interests include: marketing, advertising, security, (crime) prevention, IT management, research and analysis of our products or services, business management, legal affairs, internal management. 

Innovation and New Technologies. Automotive Asia uses new technologies, such as algorithms and data analytics, to improve our services and ensure relevant interactions. These technologies are deployed to support our employees and to make our customer interactions more personalized. The use of these tools is always conducted in accordance with data protection regulations and ethical standards.

You have the right to withdraw your consent which you may have given to the processing of your personal data at any time by sending your withdrawal request to privacy@audi.vn and privacy@pon.com.

You should be aware that Audi Vietnam is part of the Pon group and that departments (such as IT, Marketing) may be located in Pon companies around the world. Therefore, your personal data may be shared internally or transferred to group companies or other Pon companies globally.

Audi Vietnam may share your personal data with third parties to perform certain processing activities on behalf of Audi Vietnam and provide support services to us. These services may include: providing website hosting services, data analysis, payment processing, order fulfillment, provision of IT infrastructure and related services, customer care services, email delivery, auditing and other services. Audi Vietnam may also share your personal data with third parties so that they can send you marketing communications, in accordance with your preferences. Audi Vietnam requires these third parties to handle and protect your personal data with due care and in accordance with the PDPD and GDPR. Audi Vietnam will not sell your personal data to any third party.

Audi Vietnam may reorganise, merge or sell or transfer all or part of its business to another company. If this transfer involves Audi Vietnam, your personal data may be transferred to the new owner and their advisors, or your data may be permanently deleted (if applicable) in accordance with the PDPD and GDPR.

In addition, we will only disclose your personal data where required or permitted by law, where necessary to prevent or combat fraud, where necessary for the resolution of a dispute, or for any urgent legitimate need which in the circumstances overrides your right to privacy, such as to ensure the security of our business and the safety of our employees.

Audi Vietnam will apply technical and organizational security measures to prevent the loss or unauthorized processing of personal data. These measures may include the use of secure registration forms, data encryption, and limiting access to your personal data.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary or permitted based on the purpose for which the data was collected and in accordance with applicable laws.
